TRACK YOUR ORDER STATUS

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that SOLIDFX has received your order.  If your order is received before 12pm noon EST on a business day, we will process and ship your order that same day (except FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery).  Once your order ships, you will receive an email notice containing the tracking number of your order's shipment.  You can click on the link in this email to track your shipment's progress.  If you have any other questions about your order's status, please email us at customer_service@solidfx.com.

 

 

MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If necessary, you may make changes to your order before it has shipped.  Please send us an email at customer_service@solidfx.com immediately.  Please include your order number in your email.  Upon receipt of your notification of a change, we will place your shipment on hold.  It may not be possible to hold your shipment, if it has already begun processing.  However, we will make every attempt to hold it.

 

Your email should state the nature of the change that you require.  If we have any questions, we will contact your for clarification.  Once we understand what you need to change, we will make the change and confirm the change to you.

 

 

CANCEL YOUR ORDER

 

Cancelling your order (if you must) is easy.  If the order has not shipped, just send us an email at customer_service@solidfx.com stating that you wish to cancel your order.  Please include the order number in your email.  We will ensure that you are not charged.  If the order is processing or has already shipped, we are unable to retrieve it.  You may return the product for a full refund (less shipping charges) within 14 days.  Please click here to learn more about our easy return policy.

 

 

BACK-ORDERED ITEMS

If a product is on back-order, it will be noted in the shopping cart.  You may still order the product, but please note the expected shipping date. 

FX8 Back-orders:  If the FX8 is on backorder, your entire order will be held until the unit is available.   Your credit card will not be charged until the entire order ships.

Accessory Back-orders:  If an accessory is on backorder, any other in-stock items in the same order will be shipped via your requested delivery method.  Your credit card will be charged the entire order amount at the time of the initial partial shipment.  When the backordered item becomes available to ship, it will be shipped via the same delivery method as the initial order at no additional charge (i.e. if you selected Fed Ex Priority Overnight®, the backordered item will also be sent FedEx Priority Overnight at no additional charge.).
